Giving
St. Aidan's is a non-profit charitable organization. Contributions may be deducted under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. Bequests, legacies, devises, transfers, or gifts to or for its use are deductible for federal estate and gift tax purposes if they meet the applicable provisions of sections 2055, 2106, and 2522 of the Code.
Why do members of St. Aidan's congregation and friends support the Chapel? Most donors spend their winters in distant cities and towns. St. Aidan's is their summer church. The quiet beauty of the Chapel and its grounds and the excellence of the ministers' preaching provide satisfying spiritual refreshment for summer residents. Moreover, St. Aidan's gives generously each year through its Outreach program to support non-profit organizations in its larger community.
